Throughout the third quarter of 2023, the top five virtual fitness programs on the iOS platform in Uruguay demonstrated diverse trends in weekly revenue, downloads, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on Sensor Tower data.

Sweat: Fitness App For Women experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $732 in mid-July and closing the quarter with approximately $544 in the last week of September.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike saw its weekly revenue start at $184 at the end of June, with a notable increase to $435 by mid-July, and maintained around $343 by the end of September. Weekly downloads also showed a significant uptick, rising from around 49 at the start of the quarter to 241 by the last week of September. Active users grew steadily from 3.0K to 3.7K over the same period.

Zwift: Ride and Run displayed a stable revenue pattern, beginning at $296 at the end of June and concluding with $337 in the final week of September. Weekly downloads remained minimal, with occasional spikes such as 4 downloads in the first week of September.

Asana Rebel: Get in Shape experienced a varied revenue trend, starting at $311 at the end of June, dipping to $120 by the end of August, and ending the quarter at around $165. Downloads were sporadic, with a notable increase to 9 downloads in the last week of September.

Workout Planner Muscle Booster showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $326 in mid-September before declining to $178 by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw some activity, particularly with 126 downloads in early August and a smaller peak of 61 in mid-September. Active users rose from 116 at the start of the quarter to a peak of 276 in mid-August, before settling at 112 by the end of September.
